Canntab Therapeutics and Heritage Cannabis strike deal to work together

Heritage Cannabis (CSE:CANN) President and CEO Clint Sharples and Canntab Therapeutics (CSE:PILL) CFO Richard Goldstein joined Christine Corrado from Proactive Investors New York to talk about their partnership that seems to really benefit both companies.

Heritage’s subsidiary Purefarma Solutions will provide
processing services for hemp supplied by Canntab, to their specification, as required for the production of Canntab’s planned ingestible oral cannabis products.

Cannabis light, dopo la sentenza della Cassazione a Milano molti negozi preferiscono chiudere

Dopo la sentenza della Cassazione che ha vietato la vendita di cannabis light “con effetto drogante”, sono tanti i commercianti del settore che vivono giorni di incertezza. Molti negozi, anche a Milano, hanno preferito tenere chiuse le saracinesche per evitare problemi con la legge. Altri hanno invece deciso di limitare la propria attività, evitando le insidie di quell’espressione, “effetto drogante”, attorno alla quale probabilmente ruoterà l’interpretazione della sentenza della Cassazione:  “Abbiamo deciso di sospendere momentaneamente le vendite di infiorescenze e di tutti quei prodotti che contengono anche un limite bassissimo di thc, quindi sottolineiamo senza effetto drogante, e di continuare la vendita di tutto il resto dei prodotti che non contengono thc”, dice Davide Piccina, consulente di Smiky Milano. “Dal governo i segnali non sono stati dei migliori – aggiunge Piccina – infatti qualcuno dice che questi negozi sono dei centri di spaccio e non è assolutamente vero, perché noi abbiamo sempre rispettato i limiti di legge e paghiamo anche le tasse”.
